We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse team and ensure smooth, efficient operations.

What you’ll do:
• Oversee receiving, dispatch, and stock control operations.
• Supervise staff, set performance targets, and support development.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, and labour regulations.
• Improve processes and contribute to operational excellence.

Minimum requirements
What you’ll need:
• Matric (NQF 4), Diploma/Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain (advantage).
• 3 years’ experience in warehouse, stock, process & operations management.
• 1 years’ supervisory experience.
• Valid forklift license.
• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong knowledge of labour relations, HSE compliance, and disciplinary processes.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
