Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Reception and Office Assistant to join our team at Italtile Ceramics (Pty) Ltd.
Job description
- Screening and directing incoming telephone calls
- Housekeeping of reception area
- Weekly and monthly grocery procurement Manage weekly and monthly procurement of groceries
- Liaise with catering services
- Taking and relaying messages to relevant staff members
- Management of postal and courier receipts
- Welcoming, receiving, and directing visitors
- Maintaining and updating Head Office staff contact details
- Sourcing and ordering of stationery and office equipment
- Reconciling Head Office credit card expenses and usage
- General administrative support, including filing, binding, and laminating documents
- Managing staff parking allocations
- Ad-hoc duties as requested
- Back-up driver for management services on ad-hoc basis
- Management of biometric access enrolment, maintenance, and user records.
Minimum requirements
- Matric is a minimum requirement
- Tertiary qualification in Administration or Finance is beneficial
- Proficiency in the MS Officer suite essential
- Fluency in English essential
- Valid driver’s license and driving experience required

Working hours:
• Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
