New stores, Revamps and Relocations

• Creating merchandising solutions for stores together with the design team.
• Working with design team on designing new stores, revamping existing stores’ layout and relocations.
• Work closely with shopfitter on existing stores, new stores, revamps and relocations to improve the customer shopping experience.
• Monitor store development costs against budget.
• Liaise with the properties department and compile a store development forecast to plan upcoming relocations, revamps and new stores.
• Liaise with various departments within the business to ensure the implementation and planning of the new stores and relocations.
• Place orders for marketing material for new stores, revamps and relocations.
• Oversee work onsite for new stores and revamps. Project manage and oversee work onsite.
• Work closely with regional leaders, when it comes to new stores and revamps.
• Must be able to track store performance post revamp (Return On Investment).
• Communicate with the different suppliers on display installation.
• Arrange store development meetings regularly to ensure all departments are in alignment.

Stores and Staff

• Create and update merchandising manual.
• Training staff on how to merchandise, promo execution and create floor displays in a store.
• Regular stores visits and assist with improving the layout stores.
• Help staff with any new marketing or installation of any Point-of-sale items.
• Create guidelines to assist staff with promos and displays.
